‘Course, in panel #1 it looks as though the seat to Nate’s right is still empty, and in panel#4 it’s the seat to Gina’s left…….maybe two people went for popcorn or to visit the necessary but when seats in a theater are just about all filled, you hang onto that seat! As my kids used to say: Ya move yer meat, ya LOSE your seat!! Chortle! CHORTLE!!

@ Jodma, sonytv & gfcp – It was probably a promotion intended to encourage kids to improve their grades. Gina and Nate are made for each other, they just don’t realize it yet.

When I was a new driver and we were getting the auto insurance adjusted to allow me to drive the family car, I asked about the Good Student Discount that was rumored. And that is all it was a rumor.
