The thing in his hand is a “Hand Held Information Inscriber”. I think they were used somewhere between Peter Pan and J.Edgar Truman.
Konrad: They are used in tabletop role-playing games, but where are the dice, and the other players?
the drawing of the guy in blue made me think i was reading SMBC for a minute….
