Our turkey just put up a tremendous battle being cleaned, but the greater mind prevailed.

Okay, where s everybody? My macaroni salad, cole slaw, and deviled eggs are all made. I was going to peel my potatoes and put them in water so I wouldn’t have to do it tmr. but I am running out of room in my fridge. :-(

I have been making beef bourguignon today for out dinner on Friday when we return from the Peninsula after Thanksgiving. I made an interesting Split Pea soup yesterday which we had for lunch today. We both declared it the best that we had ever had.

Well, I will be MIA over the next four days so Happy Thanksgiving, Locos!
