Nothing changed? It isn’t Obama’s fault. The GOP still believes in obstructionism.

Has Lisa EVER been to any of those red states and counted the trailer parks in “tornado alley”? This is the funnies transfer of reality she’s ever done.

And Obama having both Congress and the Senate control for his first two years proves that how…?

Remember the lady from last election who claimed that if Obama was elected she’d have a new house, new car, free health care, etc.?

The Democrats are expert at getting people to believe they’ll be given everything their hearts’ desire, and just keep promising over and over, with the morons sure that next year they’ll win the government handout lottery!

Yes, if I was elected, all of the CEOs would have started hiring regardless of whether they needed to. Demand is a liberal delusion.Of course, she’s probably been living in that trailer since the Reagan era.

The woman in the cartoon must have heard Boehner and McConnall responding to Mr. Obama’s victory. I hope Mr. Obama will continue campaigning. Not for election but for his policies. One of my biggest disappointments of the last 4 years was Mr. Obama’s failure to loudly and frequently lambaste legislators of both sides who failed to focus on the important issues instead of those issues which have regularly bogged down our government. If voters want their elected officials to continue being dogmatic and obstructionist, do nothing. If voters want change, they need to send handwritten letters with a stamp to their elected officials. Typed letters with a stamp are second best. Emails and other electronic contact will be noted, but not given the attention of the first two methods. We have a voice. Make it loud, make it heard.Respectfully,C.

Actually back in2007 and 2008 when the tent cities showed up I wondered why they were still called Hooverville. They should have been called Bushville.

4 more years and the DOW signaled the trend….11/6 Obama re-elected, 11/7 the DOW dropped 313 points. You get what you ask for.God says you get what you deserve, being stubborn and willful and voting for anti-Biblical standards trending downward to “Change” of the United States of Sodomy America.

The truth is, it’s the Democrats who have been playing in obstructionism. They’re playing a game, they propose a bill and call it something good and make it sound like it does something good, and the bill may even have a good intent, BUT they put stuff in the bill that is just plain rotten or the bill really doesn’t solve the problem at all. The Republicans try to work to a compromise so that the bill does not have a detrimental effect or actually does something meaningful. The Democrats won’t work with Republicans. Then the Democrats cry obstructionism. That’s the way it’s been working in DC folks.

Yes. Things will change. They will get worse. Remember he was elected by ignorant people. Unfortunately that is what Obama was hoping for. Our nation is going the wrong way.

greyolddave said, about 9 hours agoActually back in2007 and 2008 when the tent cities showed up I wondered why they were still called Hooverville. They should have been called Bushville. (end quote)-In respect for your age…(I’m age 80 greatgrandmother btw), I would point out that Hoover was president when the stock market crash of 1929 was in effect, and that Depression did not get “cured” until WW2….I lived through the years 1932 to 1946 and I know that the Recession of 2007 which ended June 2009 was nothing in comparison. Hooverville is the correct term for economic homeless settlements.-@Kylop….the persons who voted FOR Obama deserve him, not the persons who voted AGAINST Obama. And the wrong actions of the many bring problems and God’s punishment, but as in the days of Noah, God gives protection….Noah and his family and certain animals were given safety in the sealed ARK, floating above the water that drowned all the guilty anti-God rebels.

I agree 100% C Downs the POTUS isnt the problem its the congress,if you people want change force your senator and congressman or woman to DO THEIR JOB OR GET FIRED,its up to us to make these people to either poop or get off the pot, write, email them tell them to get to work or you will do your best to have them replaced,I think maybe that will force them to work together.

Any Republicans bother to note that the jobs in these states were provided by Japanese and German companies, not “Bain boys”?
