Thats not entirely true Marigold. All equines can fly, just not for very long. When they gallop and jump it can be hard to tell the difference.You can also load them on an airplane. :)

There was a flying unicorn In Sailor Moon . And there’s also a flying unicorn in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. Well. technically, they were both Pegasuses.

What’s a flying unicorn called, a pegacorn? I would say Unisys, but that’s already taken by a computer company.

I would love to see a Pegasuses in this strip and horse on a plane sounds like the next great Samuel L Jackson movie.

I’ve seen a horse fly, and a house fly, and an elephant fly..Interesting dream the MAR gave up after just one shot. .It was the $ and the glasses that grounded me. The rest of the country didn’t need a myopic pilot.

In Fablehaven series the fairy queen is a unicorn. She does not fly, but her minions sure do.

Flying unicorns are also called alacorns in some games.

“Alacorn” would indeed be a legit Latin derivation (“wing-horn”).
