Is this one of Al Smith’s later strips? It looks really sketchy- not like his typically polished style. Hard to read the tiny date on it, but it could say 1983. I thought he had retired by then. The strip itself was discontinued around that time, but it was being drawn by George Breisacher. Maybe thesis one of Smith’s last?
Does anyone remember Gene Autry’s “If it Doesn’t Snow on Christmas” I remember it fron when I was a kid listening to it on those colored 45’s and still remember the words.
