    So is that book just the “Galaxy Guide” or is it the “HH Guide the Galaxy”? Shouldn’t it have a big re button that says “Don’t Panic”?

    Maybe they should replace the napkins with towels?

    Under the Articles of Confederation, the military was funded by bake sales (well – voluntary contributions). It did ensure volunteers weren’t in it “just for the money”. Thomas Jefferson’s last regret concerning the new Constitution is that it didn’t have balanced budget amendment. How right he was …
