^ As if. -Willard was ‘accepting donations’ that his campaign had already purchased. The Red Cross had already said they didn’t want food, they wanted money.-The idea of Willard doing manual labor is laughable. You think he’s going to go into a muddy area and shovel debris? Yeah, he and his five sons will form a labor crew and get their clothes smudged.-Not even for a photo op.-If Willard REALLY wanted to help, he would publicy request Karl Roveto write a check for a couple hundred million or so of super pac money.-Just another campaign event that turned out to be a lie.

In an effort to become President, people make promises and assumptions. Once they have become President and the first briefings take place, reality sets in. Obama had lofty goals as he ran for office. Once he sat in the Oval office, his hair started graying. Romney has said a lot of thing in his run for office. But even if we didn’t know how many times he has changed his policies and positions, no one can say what he will do once he has taken the oath of office and sat in that chair. In some ways, I pity the man who becomes President. The weight of history is upon his shoulders and the judgement of a world glares at him from outside the windows. Should he win, I hope the reality of being President has a positive effect on Mr. Romney. Respectfully,C.

tigger: made a typo this time around, and THAT is the most you can come up with, when it’s clear Christie actually recognized that FEMA under Obama actually knows what to do , and how to do it, and got “ahead of the game” this time, with pre-placement of resources, etc, instead of waiting until five days AFTER the incident, like under Bush “leadership”??
