The “hostile” house as you call it is the only thing keeping this country from going bad. Can you imagine how high taxes would go if the house was ran by democrats?
The president who has already raised taxes higher than any president in history wants to do so again. The joke about raising it on rich people only only covers a tiny fraction of debt and expenses, in order to balance things it has to be raised across the board…and now he has nothing to worry about, no re-election…nothing.

As soon as the phone started ringing around 5:30 pm every night, I unplugged the land line. Did that every night for about the last 3 weeks.
