Try seeing whether urban or rural areas take or give more to the American government. Rural areas depend on government spending MUCH more than urban areas. We’re willing to support their agri-welfare because it’s worth keeping an agricultural sector, but it would be nice if they’d acknowledge the help some times. Fortunately for them, Republicans have never actually meant it when they rail against government spending.
