Skills are important but its quite interesting when someone who knows nothing gets paid more than someone who knows alot, no wonder companies fail when they pay the college grad a ton and the folks who know what is going on, nothing…they lose a grunt and they lost their knowledge and suffer.
Although for Brutus I’ll say a weekend of 5 days and a work week of 2 is still not fair in the opposite direction, to be fair it would need to be a 3 and half day work week.
More than 40 years ago I worked a warehouse-type job for part of a summer, and discovered that if you could even follow directions competently, you could hardly help but be promoted. Maybe that’s changed, maybe not.
