It wasn’t so much that “binders of women” was awkward – we knew what he meant. But that he lied about initiating the effort to hire more women was typical distortion from Mitt. IT WASN’T HIS IDEA. It didn’t come from his staff either and it didn’t last through his whole term as Governor.
