I sure hope we eventually find out what Terry said to get Goshen so ticked off. But the players in the huddle seem to think they’re in a hockey game. This tactic of flattening someone because you’re losing doesn’t do much in football.

Yeah, throw another pick 6 to 49 so we can flatten 22!! Umm… Shouldn’t we flatten 49? No, 49 is killing us but there weren ’t any newspaper articles about him so why would we do that ?

maybe run some type of sweep or screen to his side, then he can be flattened in the flow of the play. Still, hard to target a safety I would think

P3- do Goshen and Milford play 6-man football?

I think this is really some sort of very strange and sinister brand of soccer with no flopping allowed.

With that Goshen Garbagemen circle jerk in P3, a middle screen sounds realistic. Some play action to draw in the backers and freeze the Milford Knight, then, POW!, center and the guards plow the road, err, Gallagher.

That’s what we always did when we fell behind 10-0 back in the day. Flaten the foreigner.

Terry kicks off. Brody kicks field goals. Kicking off is what got Terry on the team to start with.

Do high school players call their own plays? It’s been close to 30 years since I’ve played hs football, but our coach called all our plays.

In fact, since he kicks off they’ve already seen him on the field at least twice after the Milford scores. So that would be a perfect opportunity to level him, during a kick return.
