I’m guessing that says “2.0 %”,but since the picture can’t be magnified,I can’t really tell.

I don’t know exactly what percentage they are negotiating, but in the context here, a higher number is clearly not better for Hamhock. But, yeah, it’s a bit of a confusing read.
