Rocket fuel: liquid hydrogen, or a liquid hydrocarbon like kerosene, combined with liquid oxygen.Nitrogen is an inert gas that can be used to smother fires.Sorry, Mort.

Then let’s stick to “relatively inert”. Liquid Nitrogen is only used in rockets to keep things cold or pressurized. Perhaps he was thinking of Hydrazine (N2H4)??

What does liquid nitrogen have to do with rocket fuel? Can’t you even be bothered to do a wiki search Rudy?

“Nitrogen gas N2 can be broken down and combined with other elements such as Hydrogen and Oxygen.” Yes it can, but not easily. Otherwise the air would already have burned, as it’s mostly composed of nitrogen.

From Wikipedia:“Elemental nitrogen is a colorless, odorless, tasteless, and mostly inert diatomic gas at standard conditions, constituting 78.09% by volume of Earth’s atmosphere.”
