    Last good Republican was Ike.

Anyone else remember nixon and agnew, both resigned, in disgrace. Sure don’t need any additional republicans in any office.

Well, there IS one more thing he couldn’t bear to hear…-Willard, you have to release your tax returns.-He’d drop out of the race in a heartbeat.

No doubt you opposed Kennedy as well since he had to listen to whatever the Pope said. I grew up surrounded my Mormons and though I find their religion very odd, they are good hard working people as a rule, who have good strong morals and care about people. That should be what matters, not the peculiarities of their faith.

I’ve always thought it ought to be the law that if a person runs for federal office, he has to let the voting public take a look at his income tax returns. For example: the four previous years for anybody running for the House, six for the Senate, eight for the president. I love how Toles makes little Mitt seem like a rubber toy here, all ready to be flexible (read flip-flop) even in the midst of his crybaby tantrum.

This isn’t something us Dems want to hear either. If the GOP fatcats stop ‘investing’ in Mitt, where do you think that money’s gonna go instead?

Into the House and Senate races, and we don’t want that…we want them to keep throwing their money away on the Romney/Ryan trainwreck

since all religions are myths, and no atheist, agnostic, or secularist can ever be elected in this strange and savage land, I fear that your hopes (and mine) will always be dashed.

Nice gag for this cartoon, and the drawing of Mitt is evocative and even primal. Good one, Ted.

I can understand anyone not wanting to vote for Obama, his record is certainly spotty. But how can ANY thinking individual vote for a republican? Their entire platform is counter to the American ideal. The GOP is only proof that we must allow all views in the United States no matter how offensive.

Mittens said that "anyone who paid more in taxes than legally required wouldn’t/shouldn’t be qualified to br President. So he under-reported his charitable contributions to stay above 13%. ’nuff said!

I guess you can “win” a debate if you keep repeating the same lies . I admit Romney came off better than I expected, up until he bullied his way to extra time on responses. I feel sorry for Jim Lehrer trying to control this train wreck with time limits. Good idea to get the candidates engaging each other, but get the hell out of the way and forget the “script”!

Don’t kid us Ima. You weren’t voting for him anyway. He STILL did not give any specifics, and walked back/denied almost ALL of his positions from the primary debates!
