Has anyone considered that “AE” may SEDUCE TJ? This may be a “G Rated” cartoon strip, but it has room for a woman’s “conniving” and “manipulation” of a G-rated nature!

Something will happen to the phone before he ever gets a chance to use it against her.And, BTW 58 is hardly an antique.

“I con smart” — how is that supposed to get her fired? Corporate would probably be really impressed and promote her.

Also, TJ constantly calling his boss “Ann” or “Annie” when she told him to call her “Ms Eiffel” makes him a less than credible complainant.

Meh…

TJ says “Personal Slave.” AHA! – This is about chemistry between the two. I suspect we’ll see a new arc Monday – but I hope we’ll return in time to see AE jump TJ (the action we see can be kept to a G/PG level).

“Anne will come back with material on TJ”-The main flaw in that is that TJ doesn’t care if he is fired or not. Threats thereof don’t carry any weight.

Seems as though this marks a pause for this arc. Another storyline should pick up on Monday. But Annie’s fate is pretty much sealed; it’s only a matter of time.

Unfinished business: Why did the paper and pencil seem to move all over the desk yesterday? Easy, if you look closely, you will see that the “camera” changed positions, zooming in and out and slightly moving to the left (Good cartoonists do this to make the strip feel less 2 dimensional<< I’m a soso cartoonist (Been drawing since I was 6) , but, I have studied the pros; hopefully, one day I will find the courage to get the ideas out of my head, onto the paper and become one myself.

I tend to go with the “Ann will try to seduce TJ” train of thought; and will soon find himself fired, leaving TJ to file a sexual harrassment charge! lol

Would the Weenie World owners really discipline Anne for saying ‘I con a bit but I con smart. This is Anne Eiffel’ recorded and spliced together by T.J.? Where’s the proof she actually did anything? T.J. doesn’t have proof, or it wouldn’t have been so critical for Ox and Tiffany to succeed, and he wouldn’t be crowing about his patchwork recording of nothing now. Besides, ‘Mr. Brilliant’ has boosted Anne’s sales for months, and she’s sitting pretty and favored by the higher ups no doubt. But it’s all okay because Tiffany was in the strip this week:) Wasn’t she pretty? Okay, her acting was a bit Shatner-esque, but hey, you can make a living doing that! She just needs to get roles that cater to her strengths.

From yesterday, with regard to Mojitobaby. There is nothing mysterious about Moj’s absence. Not the type to be “run off” — just quite busy with more pressing matters than Luann.

So TJ likes being a submissive and has a foot fetish?

I know I’m taking this strip more seriously than I should, but let’s ask a question: Has TJ really thought this through? If his intention is to have Eifel fired that’s one thing, but if it’s to “toy” with her (and I don’t mean sexually,) Eifel doesn’t impress me as the type to accept that for long. She’ll either retaliate in some manner, or call TJ and take her chances with Winnie World HQ. Either way, TJ will soon be out of Winnie World with nothing much to show for it. The truth is, what TJ holds over Eifel isn’t some “flaming sword,” but at worst some mild embarrassment.

I hope TJ doesn’t wind up in a box somewhere.

Not that this comic is particularly realistic, but realistically she can sue him for blackmail, and he can be jailed for violating wiretap laws.

Trust me, Ann Eiffel is gonna get fired and I wager that TJ will get her job.

Luann has some great characters. TJ isn’t one of them. This whole rascally but loveable rogue just doesn’t work. He’s a manipulative ass. He manipulates his friends, their families, the people he works with, and he just doesn’t care. Greg, TJ needs to grow up.
