Any question heavier than a marshmallow, and MItt will be down for the count.

Moderator: Mr. Romney, why do you have millions in offshore accounts?-Willard: Well, the real question is how can we bring capital gains tax rates down to zero, so the job creators can make a fair profit. You people have all the infomation you need about my offshore accounts.-Moderator: Mr. Romney, are you better off now than you were four years ago?-Willard: Not telling. And you can’t peek.

I hope the moderators don’t let them dodge the questions this time. I hate when a debater hears the question then responds to something said earlier, or spends all of his/her response time saying words that do not address the question asked. And too often, the moderators let them get away with it. A great example of that was the CNN Republican debate when Newt was able to get away with chastising the moderator, so intimidating mr. king, he lost control of the debate. We deserve leaders who answer straight questions, or gay ones for that matter. Tho…I hope the focus is less on social issues. Too many Americans can’t see past the one or two issues they care about to even look at the other myriad problems we face. And the drops on the floor aren’t ‘fear’. It’s the wounds received in debates with other Republicans and the self inflicted wounds since the Convention.Respectfully,C.

And all this time I thought you were full of something else. Turns out it was just excuses.

Mitt’s playbook for the debate is going to be from Tennessee Williams: “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof”, with every question.

“Cutter also stressed that Romney is a good debate while Obama may be a little rusty.-Well, Willard is a good debate. -You have Romneycare, which is wonderful vs. Obamacare, which is the same only it’s the worst thing in the world.-You have Willard’s signing gun control legislation vs. lifelong varmit hunter member of NRA/ gun control inevitably leads to gun confiscation.-I will never interfere with a woman’s right to choose vs. zygotes are people too.-Yes, a president should be completely transparent vs. you people have all you need to know about my taxes/offshore accounts/olympic financial records/which state was my actual primary residence/ whatever I did a Massachusetts governor.-I will close a bunch of tax loopholes, guess which vs. of course I signed the Grover Norquist pledge and Grover says closing loopholes = raising taxes.-Never let the enemy know what you’re going to do in Afghanistan vs. never let the American people know what you’re going to do in Afghanistan.-Oh yes, I’ll be president of 100% of the people vs. it’s not my job to worry about those people.

Reading all these comments about how much better a debater BHO will be and I just have to laugh. I KNEW MR would out-perform BHO, after all, teleprompers were not allowed in the debate and besides, BHO has no experience talking to anyone who doesn’t believe his pack of lies and has the ability and knowledge to refute it. If you surround yourself with “Yes Men” all the time, you will get burned in the real world.

Babydoc23… very well said… reading this after a biz trip and getting a kick out of the “before” comments… always get a chuckle out of Clay… great art and not a bit liberally biased…
