At least his golf game has improved dramatically. 3 years from now we would still be hearing “Not my fault, blame that guy who was in charge 7 years ago”. No thanks.
“Do give it a rest. Your Chosen One, the Great Messiah Obama has done more damage and racked up more debt than all the other presidents in the last 40 years combined. And he did it in 4.”To quote you, nice try. Do give it a rest. That has been shown to be false.
Being unemployed because you didn’t graduate high school and living in your mother’s basement must be hell for you.
The Shrub with enormous help from the Republiclans brought the economy to the brink and nearly pushed it over. Ask the divorced woman with kids who was impoverished by a sleezeball husband dumping her and then doesn’t pay his child support despite having the money if her condition is her fault after a few years. The country got screwed by the Right and they have been working overtime to sabotage what little economic recovery there is.
And you’re upset about an off the cuff golf remark. Your life must be hell to be so obsessed over such small details.
Obama as Messiah is only a reflection of the total Hell Bush put the country thru with his ineptness and Republican philosophy. Obama never claimed that title and has succeeded way beyond expectations and Republican sabotage.
Considering that Congress has been dominated by the “Party of NO!” which has done its best to block every positive move the President has tried to make just because he’s a progressive Democrat instead of a reactionary, go-back-to-the-1950s Republican, how can he get anything done? He inherited the national fiasco that the unindicted war criminals Cheney and his lap dog Bush created and has a Congress where nothing can be passed by a majority of votes any longer since it’s now 60% or nothing! It’s amazing that the poor man hasn’t resigned in utter frustration over his incredibly obtuse opposition.
A good resource for this defcit stuff is zfacts.http://zfacts.com/node/450Bush left us 12 trilloin in the hole, counting his ‘09 budget. Imprudent wars, imprudent tax cuts and medicare part D got us there.Clearly, we could have gotten further if the country didn’t have to drag the anchor of Republican obstruction. The GOP: Keeping millions out of work to put one man out of a job.
On debt, Independent fact checkers found Clinton to be correct; GHWBush quadrupled the debt, GWBush doubled the debt and to date Obama increased it 60%. My belief is Nadar was most correct: both parties are 2 sides of the same corporate corrupted coin and until we get some independent representatives this trend will continue; corporate profits and the rich continue to get richer while everyone else will get poorer. The last figures I heard being the top 1% recieve/control about 40% of the ‘financial pie, while the bottom 60% split about 2% of this proverbial pie.My opinion; since the federal debt has been increasing since the 1920’s, no matter how the parties were represented, ALL current and former elected officials should have their pay/retirement garnished with those monies going to help pay down the debt. Also telling in this national debate is the study rating the speeches and interviews of all congress members; they all spoke on the combined level of high-schoolers. With many of today’s posters following that same petty, high-schoolish, vitriolic pattern.
This cartoon is a perfect opportunity for Willard’s supporters to Identify areas where Willard would do better than Obama, but they don’t seem to be able to come up with any.-Yeah, they all hate Obama, but can’t seem to come up with anything in praise of the ChickenHawk.
1. The president deserves some time off. People don’t do well if they work all the time.2. In a sense the president is never on vacation, because he’s always on call. 3. You don’t judge a president by the time clock, but on achievements. In my opinion, Obama gets a B, Bush gets an F.
Who failed to have the stones to rightly Veto a stupid bill passed by stupid Democrats?
President Obama, this my friends is 1000% Proof Obama is a liar when he tells us he wants to increase taxes on the rich for he failed to do so when he had the chance in Decemer 2010."It has been stated time and time again the circumstances behind extension. You choose to ignore them. You don’t really care, just as long as the end result supports your preconceived outcome.
"It’s true a bipartisan group has proof Obama has added more to our federal debt in 3 years than the combined total of 3 years of debt from his 43 predecessors combined.
This means if you total up the Debt of the 43 Presidents preceding Obama, that total is less than what Obama racked up in 3 years, and he’s adding to the debt daily."Congratulations on using statistics to lie. It’s true the dollar amount spent by other Presidents is quite small in comparison. Fortunately for you that doesn’t factor in the inflation rate. The totals don’t factor in the differences in currency valuation from that era to present. Of course Presidents of the past added lest debt. Everything cost less.
Amazing how the con-folk can simultaneously blame Obama for doing nothing while screaming that his policies are ruining the nation. When I get frustrated with Obama, I only have to imagine the mess we’d be in under a McCain/Palin administration.
