During the aftermath of Hurricane Ivan, evacuated inmates watched the Weather Channel for a week. When they complained the TV’s were reprogramed to the Soap Opera channel.

at least there was something to watch….
i wonder why the inmates get to watch free tv while a patient in the hospital has to pay 3 or 4 bucks a day for the privilege of watching 12 channels

I like this strip, but sometimes it seems as if it would be funnier without a caption. I usually laugh before I read the caption.
