Isn’t Virginia traditionally a red state? Why should this surprise anyone?

    What about NJ?

Corzine? He had a bad rep apparently, and I’m not sure it was entirely undeserved. I think the Democrats might be better off without him, to be honest.

Not that Christie is the second coming of Christ, but apparently enough voters in NJ decided to trust him.

So Striper – sending Obama two more House members is a repudiation of him?!?

Sending two R govs into 1 red state and one iffy state is a repudiation of Obama as well?

Turn off the TV….. slowly back away…. and think for yourself.

Dems claim win even in defeat–always.

Howie – the right wing is claiming this to be a much larger defeat/victory than it is.

Did the Dems lose the House? Um… no.
Did the Dems lose the Senate? Um… no.
As a matter of fact they gained 2 seats in the House.
So they lost 2 gov’s, one in a red state and the other due to his own douchebaggery.

Like they did not claim victory in Gore and Kerry defeats!
