If a picture is worth a thousand words, this cartoon is worth volumes.

the cartoon does not have the correct party on the brush…the progressives are the ones who lack tolerance…if one disagrees with progressives one is labeled a bigot…that is tolerance?

My God said, “if you’re not with the one you love, love the one you’re with.” Or was that Janis Joplin? Well, close, anyway.

Nice try. But shaming bigotry and intolerance is not being intolerant.

Ah, the classic conservative move. Blame the other side for that of which they are guilty. My wife calls it the “turnaround”. Nice try.

None man and one woman? That sounds like a single woman to me. You have an awfully weird God, but all Gods are weird because they are made up by humans who can’t handle reality.

After the love of Crosby’s life was killed in auto accident. It’s not that you can’t be with the one you love because they are in LA and you are in San Francisco. The message of this song is often misinterpreted.

I heard her say it on stage in 1969, before Stills wrote the song. Maybe he got the line from her.

I think you’re right in your analysis. Seems to be borne out here on this ’toon very precisely.
    .
BTW, the line was a tag line from Billy Preston, which is probably where both Janis and Stephen Stills got it.

I bet you’re right. And I bet Billy Preston got it from someone who got it from someone who…..

Read the full context, especially vs 47. Lots of ignorant people about what the Bible has to say. Yourself included as it would seem.
