They’re all spinning so fast on every issue to make it “blame Obama”, they’re now selling themselves to lobbyists as tops!

Being president of the US has got to be just about the worst job imaginable. Regardless of just what you decide to do, at least 10 million Americans are going to hate your guts!!!

How about his years of experience as President of the united States of America?

“you want something to cry about? I’ll give you something to cry about”
    .
Out and out war is so much simpler than dealing with the American extremists.

Not to worry, I am just as certain that he will do something to anger the other political side of things just as badly!!

    Sooky Rottweiler says:
Sabre rattling does not work…amen to that! It does nothing to bark at cats when they’re not in reach (or bark at them before you chase and blow your cover), I guess it works for human dictators, too.

‘Democrats are just as conflicted on what to do about Syria as Republicans. I don’t know why Bennett has to make this a partisan issue. (Well, actually I do know why…)’
    -
Democrats are conflicted about the issue because they are not sure what should be done.
    -
Republicans/Fox “news” viewers are conflicted because they are not sure how to blame Obama yet. Their position on Syria is deep opposition to whatever Obama decides, just like the economy, jobs, health care, the debt ceiling, withdrawing from Iraq, withdrawing from Afghanistan, and everything else.
    -
They just don’t know what Obama will do yet so they don’t know what to oppose.

He’s now done as demanded, and put the onus on Congress, so who will now stand up there, and who will turn weasel yet again? But, braindead, you did call it correctly, on EVERY issue since he took the nomination, let alone the election!

Those on the left who don’t think there should be a strike are making a statement of principle. Bennett is pointing out that some conservatives are willing to take either side so long as it’s not Obama’s side.

Right! Damn if he does. Damn if he doesn’t. And the fact that many good citizens of our democracy can’t believe that a person of that color isn’t there to shine the silverware.

DeFace the Nation on Sept 1 had Saxby Shambles and John “Get a load of my VP Pick” McCain who I’m glad to report have neither apparently suffered a recent stroke, They were each talking out of BOTH sides of their faces quite well on this topic. Mr. Bennett’s editorial implies they had a choice to make. From what I saw these Republicans just took both options.

So I suppose that now that is is Obama that wants to drop a bomb it’s just fine. Never mind the years of protest and insults Bush endured for his “two illegal wars” that were done with congressional approval AND the support of the people.

If you are going to do it anyway Obama, then tell Assad to move out of his palace because the first strike will be his home.
