A nominated finalist for the Pulitzer 6 times since 1999, Chattanooga Times Free Press cartoonist Clay Bennett won the Prize in 2002. He has also earned just about every other editorial cartoon award there is, including the Robert F. Kennedy Journalism Award, the John Fischetti Editorial Cartoon Competition, the Overseas Press Club's Thomas Nast Award, the National Headliner Award, the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi Award, the National Journalism Award from the Scripps Howard Foundation, and the National Cartoonists Society Division Award for Best Editorial Cartoons. Bennett was also named Editorial Cartoonist of the Year by Editor & Publisher magazine in 2001.

There is no war on anyone what is really needed is for people to be RESPONSIBLE for their actions. An oune of prevention is wort MORE than a pound of cure. I don’t suppose there are too many RESPONSIBLE people about these days.

Hey, Bennett! Go to ANY Tea Party rally! Visit with as many different women – with their husbands, of course – and ask them about the ‘war on women’. Ask them if they are suppressed, beaten, downtrodden, disrespected, etc.
They will ALL laugh at you!
Of course, you won’t believe anyone at the Tea Party rally, because you are so prejudiced against them …

best comparison before voting…..print out the Dem’s Platform and print out the GOP’s Platform and vote like Jesus would vote, in obeying Biblical teachings of what is right and what is wrong.

I find women to often be the worst when it comes to other women! I was here when Geraldine Ferraro was nominated for Vice President. I saw how much women HATED her for it!

Women HATE people with concepts other than their own. They are the ultimate societals. They believe that all others should believe as they do and when we all think alike that is our power.

Women take full advantage of the fact that “You wouldn’t hit a woman!”

Does this mean every woman is the same? No it does not. But then, I’m not a woman so it is not to be assumed that I meant “All Women” are all alike.

But there is no denying that society is an invention of women. For good and bad, Women invented Agriculture and division of labor and routine maintenance etc etc.

There are those that say that this is what the Adam And Eve myth is all about! Man roamed the garden and gathered what he needed, woman developed the system which forced man to stay in one place (the crops) and from there sprang forth the community.

From a man’s perspective, women are irrational beings. And so yeah, there are plenty of them at the TEA party gatherings who beileve with all their heart and soul that abortion should be illegal, absolutely!

And lots of them have had abortions! That’s exactly WHY they are so dead set against them, because it’s the way they deal with their own guilt! “I would never have done THAT, if it weren’t available! I’m not going to let my little one have died in vain, I’m going to honor it’s life by preventing other girls from making the same mistake!” As if there were no abortions before they were made “legal”.

Mr. Guess, you might want to consult with some folks familiar with domestic abuse, and rescuing women from offense male “partners”. The overwhelming statistic is that “conservative”, and “authoritarian” mind set in the men is FAR dominant.
At the same time, a friend from ‘Nam was a “little guy”. He married FOUR women, all bigger than him, who ended up beating the “c” out of HIM, and he divorced them. He made bad choices with strong, authoritarian FEMALES! It isn’t always a “one way thing”!! (picking your spouse in a bar isn’t always a good thing either???)
