An intelligent electorate is to be feared since they don’t vote Republicant, hence “No Child Left A Dime”

Whenever I see The Thinker, with his body position, I think of what he might be sitting on while thinking. I wonder if Rodin was trying to slip a little humor past us.

^That was his other statue that was lost. It was known as ‘The Reader’.

‘Where did this come from? Did they all suddenly become liberals?’

Trying to think about it might be a little dangerous for Republicans.

This makes no sense. I think all the time. It’s how I solve problems. It is not in the best interest of liberals to solve problems. The politicians need their voters to have problems they expect their government to fix for them and the voters need government to do all their thinking for them. Hence, the vicious cycle of liberal degeneration. I’m thinking of why a lib like Clay Bennett would portray tea partiers as anti-thinkers. I’ve got it! Projection! It’s what liberals do. Mystery solved! By thinking!

“…It is not in the best interest of liberals to solve problems…” AGREED.
That is probably why the ‘War on Poverty’ by LBJ has 2nd generation families still on welfare AND voting for Democrats.

To the IMa’s and harleys, etc: It’s over your head, of course, but the comic refers to the fact that the new conservative right wing that controls the Republican party has no use for science, that they prefer to be guided by their own shallow interpretations of scriptures to explain everything, that they march off to stuff themselves with junk-food to illustrate their hatred of gays, that they have a museum in the south that displays people living with dinosaurs because the earth is only 5000 years old and all those fossils are just there to fool us, and because they don’t believe the REAL scientists that have shown that carbon fuels are adding to/creating global climate change. All the studies show that progressives tend to look at things from a more complicated point of view, that they allow for more variables in their decision process. I hope you can take off the blinders for a minute to see what this means (but I know you won’t).

Yes, lots of “thinkers” in the inner-city Democrat strongholds where drive-by’s and welfare checks rule the land.
