About Clay Bennett
A nominated finalist for the Pulitzer 6 times since 1999, Chattanooga Times Free Press cartoonist Clay Bennett won the Prize in 2002. He has also earned just about every other editorial cartoon award there is, including the Robert F. Kennedy Journalism Award, the John Fischetti Editorial Cartoon Competition, the Overseas Press Club's Thomas Nast Award, the National Headliner Award, the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi Award, the National Journalism Award from the Scripps Howard Foundation, and the National Cartoonists Society Division Award for Best Editorial Cartoons. Bennett was also named Editorial Cartoonist of the Year by Editor & Publisher magazine in 2001.

Obviously the last 8 years have been the golden age for pink slips. 3/4 MILLION IN THE LAST 30 DAYS.

No TGS… it’s time for those top 400 people to take some of that $670B they added to their wallets in the last 8 years and pitch in. If the economy did them so well… they should be honored to give back. After all that money wasn’t earned in a vacuum… at the bottom of it, it was earned off the sweat of others – others that are now getting pink slips.
There is a name for those that only take…. that name is “greedy SoB!”
Somebody that made $15B in the last 8 yrs can’t take a loss for a couple years to get the boat back on track?????? That’s pretty bleeep selfish! I believe that’s why the proleteriat have (in the past) painted the streets with the blood of the ruling class.

It’s amazing… We are living THE BIGGEST economic turmoil in history, caused by His Liar Majesty and the band of crooks… -let’s see: +10T debt (after receiving a 230B$ surplus), massive layoffs, massive foreclosures, american work sent overseas…-

And even with ###SUCH### overwhelming evidence against continuing the same path -voting McSame- TGS waves the ghost of “Obama=tax rising”.
Stupid thing to do, because when HE explained in detail his economic plan, it does not have that massive rise in taxes the Republitards fear SOOO MUCH.
