   Happens every year when we go up to the MIL’s and compete with the neighbors in Menomonee MI. Always a bunch of duds that sent everyone scrambling for cover.

   In San Diego last July 4th they had an electronic malfunction and six barges at six separate locations all set off the entire 30 minute show in 18 seconds. SPECTACULAR!! I’d like to see it every year.

   Has anybody noticed that our account page, edit profile and avatar pages and even the page to contact GoComics are all unaccessable? I can’t even contact GC to let them know that I cannot change my avatar. Are we all having that problem, or only a select few?

    That seems to happen every time I change into this avatar. Last time I wasn’t able to change it until June. I hope the problem is fixed soon. I have something special planned for St. Patrick’s Day.

    La Orana, fellow Cders! Didja miss me?
    Two weeks with no compukers, no sell phones, no smell-o-vision, no losepapers, no schmegmazines!
    Just two glorious weeks on Huahina, French Polynesia with peace & quiet, windsong, sussurating surf and occasional stains of strings, pipes and percussion to underscore our pompitous of love.
    Sunning, strolling, swimming and supping filled our days; I leave the nights to your collective wildest imaginations.
    Tan, fit and sated (actually, quite overfed), we are now returned to my grueling pace of retirement (although Pearlie is still teaching high school) and our usual humdrum everyday lifestyle.
    Yes, I did miss GoComics at times…

    meanwhile, here in the midst of another dreary midwestern winter, the only ‘occasional stains’ I get are those from food dropped down the front of my shirt from accidental fork overloads.
