not on your life, GROG! !!! I’m like you: the more I can buy on-line, the less I have to brave the malls and plazas. I think this flocking to the stores in the middle of the night is absolute insanity!
(I just went to bed so early, that I was wide awake at 3am!! I hate that!)

even if i could get out, and i was doing christmas shopping, i would not go today.

your best deals are found around two weeks out from christmas.

I had a friend who had a Doberman named Belinda. WHAT A SWEET DOG SHE WAS! Of course, Belinda is long gone now, this was back in the 70’s.

I understand why people want to get their shopping out of the way, but going out at the same time as all the rest is not my idea of happiness.
I shop locally before the “season” or go on line. Years ago, there were stores that had a showroom and you ordered and they got everything from the warehouse – one stop shopping! I can’t imagine why that business model didn’t work.
