Gross misunderstanding of perspective: check.
Huge, copy-pasted clouds of meaningless smoke to fill in empty panel space: check.
Figures drawn either with floppy hats or from behind to avoid drawing faces or eyes: check!

I believe I detect some sarcasm. Here in Montana if you replaced the Eiffel Tower with a grain silo I would find this rather believable.
