    Dem Libs want to protect ALL people — even rotten ones; EVEN the Republicans! — because they value the human race. GOP think of people who aren’t rich, or can’t deliver them votes as nothing but a nuisance to be disposed of.

    For all their chest-beating about abortion, the GOP sure hate humans who are born. No wonder even Chuck Asay compares them to Putin.

    Dem Libs want to spread miserly around equally, their ruling class excepted. Conservatives want ALL to have the opportunity to excel and prosper. Insulating people from their constant bad decisions is not compassion.

    The honorable Mr. Hoyer is right. First the GOP stand on the “cliff”, now the aid for Hurricane Sandy victims and next, the debt ceiling. Their belierance will result in another downgrading of our monetary system which means we will be paying more for everything, especially gasoline.
