Chuck Asay sifts the events of the day through his biblical worldview and tries to persuade readers to see things his way...that rights are given by a higher authority than the governments of men, that mankind is not the ultimate arbiter of truth and that our Constitutional Republic is worth protecting. Chuck believes ideas, not politicians rule the world. He tries to protect ideas which he thinks are good and attacks ideas he thinks bring harm.

Someone needs to take a course in economics to understand how Keynesian economics actually work. Also a course in 20th Century history, specifically the years of 1945-1970 to see how well Keynesism worked for our country.
The countries where Hayek’s theories are being tried (austerity) like Ireland have steadily worsening economies, not better.
One last point, if you earn an extra $3000.00 a year, there is no way that Keynesian economics call for taking the whole thing.
Keep up the false propaganda Chuck! You still have some people who are totally fooled by it!

Poplpe who wanted jobs voted for President Obama. Those with offshore manufacturing and accounts voted for Mr. Romney.

True, Ima. We’ve reached the tipping point in this country where the Producers are slowly being outnumbered by the Looters…

Chuck is taking artistic license with taxes, again.

Not true. It’s one thing to be fiscally conservative, it’s another to be a liar.

@Justice22
Obama has a 4 year proven record of failure in "jobs.’
He projected an unemployment rate today of 5.6 with his stimulus plan (6.0 without the stimulus.)
Obama’s best unemployment number is still higher than Bush’s worst unemployment number.

So be happy, you can be the one that sits around watching TV all day. Clearly they’re the ones doing so well.

I agree. The Republican leadership is not fiscally conservative.

two income family. One makes 68,000 a year the other 32,000. Now add up all the taxes, Fed, State, Local, sales, School, and guess what? In some states that comes to more than 32% of a paycheck. So one is now working for Government.
FAIR TAX!

Could you please more truthful. Marginal tax rates don’t take 100%. The highest is 35%. at $36,000 it is more like 15%.
