Fair enough Chuck. But that goes both ways. Nothing Fox news does surprises me anymore either.

Yes, only listen to FOX because they only tell you what you want to hear.

It appears H. is going to post this link to an ‘07 speech on every single gocomics comic. Of course, I agree, when it’s this important, there should be absolutely no place it is left unposted. Don’t forget the videogame bulletin boards, the science bulletin boards, the history bulletin boards, etc., etc. Don’t miss a single place to post this.

I’ve posted the graphic before, so I won’t bother again, but the fact is that, aside from MSNBC, the “Mainstream Media” still reports more to the right than the left. The difference is most of them have a 55/45% split to the right while Fox is 85/15%. So yes, Fox says what you want to hear with very little opposition, while the other networks will report both sides.
And consider this; many of the pro-Obama stories from the “MSM” that they get so indignant about, actually originate on Fox itself. Most of the contributors on Fox (especially the Fox and Friends gang) don’t cite sources. O’Reilly will, and sometimes he is quoting a blog or a left wing website or a right wing website, not a news organization. So these “Obama worshipping” stories are not coming from the other major stations, but from the fringe. And in these cases, CNN, ABC, and CBS, if they report them at all, generally dismiss or debunk them as well.
So learn how to do some research, and you’ll see that the MSM is not as pro-Obama as Fox says it is, they are just extremely far to the right. Fair and balanced means reporting both sides but not offering an opinion in favor of either. That is for the viewer to decide.

Is that your stand? I"I beleive the other lie, so I’m gonn lie so much more! nana boo boo!" Give me a breakThe other network do spew alot of worthless blather, but when MSNBC found Olberman was contributing to the Dem’s, they fired him. FOX has it’s personalities working for the REP’s and them at the same time, pushing the same policies and idea’s. FOX is merely a shill for the right-wing. Nothing more. So let go of you childish “they did it first” crap.

OK guys, then let’s go from the standpoint that all of them tell the truth just not all of it.

    Here is some interesting reading.

Perhaps nothing summarizes Obama’s failures better than this picture of government affluence funded on the backs of the middle class.

October surprise to beat all? Mitt Romney will come up with an unscripted, intelligent sound bite, on ANY issue!

So Mr. Asay can’t read a calendar either?
    .
That story came out in September. And if it surprised anyone it had to be someone who didn’t listen to Mitt Romney… ever…
    .
It is true, though, we are the 99% and of that 99% you are the 47%.
    .
And that’s ok! Because if 47% of Americans are getting some sort of federal funding, then I’m ok with that. That’s tax money that is well spent.
    .
I’d much rather that money was going to help Americans than going to kill Iraqis or Afghans or line the pockets of war profiteers at HAL and KBR! MUCH rather!
    .
Because you’re getting some help doesn’t mean that I’m not getting help too. I have a mortagage on my house and the interest deduction is a big help come tax time (if they do away with it I’m in a tough spot, and Obama and Geitner seem to would like to get rid of it! I’m not a big fan of the guy.)
    .
If Romney is elected, the 47% won’t stop needing that assistance, they’ll just stop getting it! Or at best they’ll get a whole lot less of it.
    .
Which would be fine if you could Austere your way out of a depression, but you CAN NOT!
    .
Take a look at Greece! That is where we’ll be if we try to austere our way out of here.
    .
We can boorow money for next to nothing, Heck, in Inflation Protected Bonds we can borrow for less than nothing! So BORROW and INVEST for growth!

The Media is a distraction from trying to figure out what is going on in the world.
Journalism has become the opposite of what it used to be defined as:
‘Reporting what is happening and providing relevant information so the public can make informed conclusions’.

“…We can borrow money for next to nothing…”
MAYBE. Banks have stopped lending money. Ask any real estate agent- House sales do not go thru because buyers are turned down for financing.

I mean “we” as in the government.
    .
They (We) can still borrow for the next 30years at 2,825% per year. Interest only!
    .
    That’s CHEAP money!

For that to happen the president would have to do something to her. He has been doing that particular act to the whole country since 1-20-09
