Chuck Asay sifts the events of the day through his biblical worldview and tries to persuade readers to see things his way...that rights are given by a higher authority than the governments of men, that mankind is not the ultimate arbiter of truth and that our Constitutional Republic is worth protecting. Chuck believes ideas, not politicians rule the world. He tries to protect ideas which he thinks are good and attacks ideas he thinks bring harm.

Really Chuck? You do know you’re media too, right? And Newt is just being a spoiled brat, yapping at anyone who comes too close?

You’ve got it all wrong – Dear Leader is the spoiled brat who gets all pouty when the media or anyone for that matter doesn’t lavish him with constant praise.
Yes, Newt is a horse’s @$$, but that doesn’t make his attacks any less true or any less closer to the mark. The problem with the media is that they are so used to coddling Democrats and doing hit pieces on Republicans that they have no idea how to react to someone who can actually hit back.
Please note how the audience responds to Newt and also note in how low a regard (and trust) the electorate holds the MSM.

In the CNN debate, the crowd was told not to clap or cheer to give more time to the moderator. Who’s the spoiled brat?

“I always enjoy watching these performances.”
Yup, that’s what they are, all right. Mindless entertainment, no substance.

Newt is simply rabid, with ALL the symptoms, and he’s been infected for a long, long, time, remarkable survival indeed.

I think Chuckles is taking a shot at the Tea Party: looks like he’s insinuating that the Tea Party loves violence.

Really? I thought they were asked not to clap or cheer to give more time to the candidates.

Confirmation bias is a horrible thing, and your post is a textbook example of it. I guess you didn’t notice the Media’s fixation with Clinton’s pants, or the MSM’s takedown of Anthony Weiner, or the six month or do long fixation with Reverend Wright, or ANY of the other times the MSM has gone after the Dems. None of that factors into your equation, apparently. …and Chuck, sure the right wing teapublican audiences eat this stuff up. But to the rest of the majority who don’t support Gingrich… Not so much. To me, he comes off as a self important blowhard who’s got one trick to deflect questions about his character: attack the messenger.

Newt, how’s the dough from Freddie Mac lasting?
pirate227 said, over 1 year ago
Yep, all the media’s fault Newt cheated on two wives (so far) and got booted from the Speakership by his own party…

I don’t want a rabid bull dog for president.
I thought they slienced the audience because they didn’t want them to applaud executions and people dying because they got thrown off medicare. It just makes the republicans look as mean as they are.
