    A liberal knows no difference between right and wrong. In most cases they call evil good and good evil.
    They are then dumbed down by the current school system, college system, media and Hollywood.
    The liberals are at a point of self survivor, they really do not care about anyone except themselves.

    That is the point where the democrats want to get a majority of Americans.

    Look at the last election they had a Muslim first term senator run on change, thought of a way to steal the election, mobilize all the homosexuals, pedophiles, transgender, tree huggers, fur huggers, green peace, abortion groups, terrorists, NEA, NAMBLA, liberal groups and the youth to vote for him. With the help of voter fraud through out the country from ACORN he gets elected. He also got record turn out from the African American community.
    This person is the president whom is tied to all the corruption in Chicago, went to a racist church for 20 years, may have been born in Africa and was the most liberal senator in Washington.

    You then look at UK whom is putting an age limit on care.

    The government has dumbed down a majority of the citizens, they know no difference between good and evil and they are in the survivor mood. They do not care about long term and short term results as long as they are taken care of now.

    When they get to this point anything goes. Just go over to any other country and see how it is. You can also view any films that is made over their.
    I am talking about regular movies, not porn.
    How far is America from this?

    Counting and comparing numbers is proof of exactly nothing. It’s as nonsensical as the people comparing Hitler and Stalin’s death tolls in a vain effort to prove which was more evil. I could claim that Christians have killed more people than Buddhists. Would that prove that Christianity is inherently more evil than Buddhism? You know bleeep well that it would not.

    If you want to prove that humanistic thought led to Hitler, Stalin, Mao and their atrocities, you have to actually show what humanism is, how those figures were humanistic, and how those values (if they held them) led to their actions. That’s how you present a cohesive argument, Canis. Not by just throwing out some random statistics that you can’t even back up.

    And I’m not anywhere near the far left. Never have been.

    Exactly Toasty…TheNamelessOne’s attack of Christianity as being responsible for the “Dark Ages” is a very short-sighted and unproven claim. Christianity is actually responsible for the civility and overall progress of Mankind in the last 2000 years. And why did the wise and learned men of the world defer to Christianity? Because of it’s logical and moral brilliance.

    And …uhh, I’m still doing fritzoid’s homework which I do not want to do. But from the voluminous files of my ADD stricken brain I will lay out this justification for pinning mass bloodshed on the rise of humanism:
    Hitler and other thinkers and statesmen of the era were quite taken with Darwin’s theory of natural selection and incorporated it into their world views. Hitler wanted to establish and purify the Aryan “race” and regarded other races as being less evolved. It is also well known that the Communist’s founded their regimes on atheism and exacted cruel punishment and the last measure of sacrifice from their detractors , opponents, and scapegoats.

    For example: The theory of gravity is much less understood than the theory of evolution, yet I have never seen you attack the theory of gravity. That shows you have zero interest in any sense of scientific validity…you just blindly (and invariably erroneously) attack anything you feel threatens your faith.

    Just so that once again everyone can see you fail and run away, here’s the logical argument for evolution that you refuse to deal with:

    Offspring are always different from their parents, both because of mutation, but more so from the recombination of the parents’ genes. True?

    Given that, some offspring will turn out to be better at surviving than their parents. Some will turn out worse. True?

    Those that survive better will be more likely to pass on their genes into the gene pool. True?

    Given that, how can evolution not occur???
