Initiatives like Proposition 13 will do that to a state near you.

worst credit rating might as well tax them more I am sure that will help things. All good Dems are doing it.

Actually the Elites sucked out all the more conservative banks (concentrated mostly in the “Red” states of course) who avoided spurious lending and trading practices with a Bush-Paulson-Pelosi-Obama-andMcCain change-up. That’s how the cowards in charge operate…

I see that Asay drew Football-head in a compromising position…Ooops, I forgot the Dems are in charge…Never-mind

yep, the great state of California is in trouble … I’ve written before about the reasons why and I don’t want to do it again now … it’s too sad, and getting worse … just read an news article today about even more new taxes they’re thinking of implementing, this in addition to the ones they just enacted …
you’re gonna have to start some cutting up there guys …. as far as I know, they still have NOT repealed the sales tax exemption for yachts either (but haven’t checked lately)

I think the proposition 13 was a really, really bad bill. I’m not that familiar with all their laws but California is still a great state. I hope it comes back strong.

One of our problems in the Golden state is the budget needs a 2/3 majority to be passed. this gives the Republican minority the power to obstruct any financial solutions
