    Because to him it is not a crises. It is an opportunity to spend several billion more. Add that to the deficit and debut that he was supposed yo cut in half.

    @Tax Man

    He did cut the deficit in half. I know how facts confuse you, but…

    The President IS doing something about the border crisis — he is upholding the laws passed by Dubya’s people, while trying to provide humanitarian conditions for these poor unfortunates while the majority of the right wing would let them die.

    So much for “compassionate conservatism.”

    @Tax Man

    What debut was he to cut in half?
    {debut- the first appearance of something, as a new product.}
    Obviously you cannot see where the yearly debt is decreasing and the deficit has slowed in increasing.

    “Obviously you cannot see where the yearly debt is decreasing…”

    I think it would be more accurate to say that the rate of increase in the debt is decreasing.

    Chip: Obama is following the law, and is asking for the extra money to expedite the processing. Just what do you expect him to do?

    The irony here is that they’re not even going to sue him over the border “crisis”, they’re going to sue him for delaying implementation of an ACA (Obamacare) provision. Doubling the irony is the fact that the provision that they’re suing him over is one that they themselves have been trying to repeal. Any way you cut it, hypocrisy is the new Rethuglican ideology.

    The flooding of America’s Southwest border with thousands of illegal-alien children seeking government handouts and citizenship is the intended outcome of policies by the Obama administration derived from a strategy by radical sociologists to transform America into a socialist state.

    In the 1960s, professors Andrew Cloward and Francis Fox Piven of Columbia University, Obama’s alma mater, devised a plan to provoke chaos by deliberately overwhelming governmental systems and the U.S. economy to the point of collapse, paving the way for state intervention that would ultimately replace America’s free-enterprise republic with a collectivist system.
