Are they still using Nancy Reagans gold etched dishes?

Right, it is only appropriate that poor people talk about inequity. And as long as that is the case, everything will be fine.

Right… according to wing-nut world, King Obama is the first POTUS to throw executive dinners to other heads of state.

Yes, Zuhlamon, and that a sensible diet means never, ever having any fancy food ever again. Boy, Chip, when you can’t find something to lie about, just draw things that make no sense and hope it comes off the same.

i would expect that such a champion of the poor would walk the talk. watch what he does, not what he says.

I bet Michelle the Mooch bought new dishes – most First Ladies do! Why not complain about Jackie Kennedy’s redecoration of the entire White House? Oh, that’s right, she was a Democrat & can do not wrong. You are nothing but a hypocrite.

Nancy Reagan bought those dishes with private donations, not government funds. Look it up.

I was lucky enough to enjoy cocktails at the White House during my former video career.. Anyone who says there’s no royalty in this country doesn’t know what they’re talking about. From the pomp to the fist-sized shrimp, it’s pretty regal.

The problem is Obama’s optics. You can’t go around whining about economic inequality while your wife wears a $12,000 dress.

The best thing about this was that my main man Stephen Colbert was sitting right next to FLOTUS, therefor making him Frances first lady for the day :-)

I’ve got my french sources; the french president need public eyes away from his Clintonesque private life at the moment…

I’m just proud of our nation for going over 200 years without ever throwing a dinner for a visiting head of state until Obama gained office. In fact, Bush even gave the Prime Minister of Japan his dinner back. That’s the Republican approach!

this peasant has been wondering for years just how much those many ‘state dinners’ cost per dinner. Million$?then there’s the million$ for the dinners our Pres. ‘must’ attend. I also thank you for the shout-out.

This is just a cheesy ad hominem attack by a stooge for the Koch brothers and their cronies.
