Israel has the largest, and most advanced Air Force, also has now “iron dome” which was paid for by the US, at $70,000 per missile used to knock down $80 mortar rounds, and $500 Russian made “dumb” rockets with small warheads. It’s neat to have the technology, but at what cost? At least they don’t attempt to shoot down those they can tell are heading for empty fields, and focus on those aimed at populated areas.
But, the reality is that since the UN created the modern “homeland” called Israel, they HAVE been the aggressors, taking other peoples’ land, and continuing to do so in violation of UN edicts, and simple international law..
Interesting that that “Jewish Lobby” Hagel referred to is never quoted for what they say about Arabs, or Muslims, or even their evangelical Christian supporters, in private.
When NOBODY in the Middle East has nuclear capability, it will be a safer world, but Israel will never give theirs up, and while THEY helped the apartheid government in South Africa work toward nukes, why is anyone else doing so the only “bad guys”???
