To Bork, or not to Bork, that is the question.
Whether ‘tis Nobler in the mind to suffer
The Slings and Arrows of outrageous Kennedys,
Or to take Arms against a Sea of liberals,
And by opposing defeat them: to vote, to lose
No more; and by a win, to say we confirm
The Supreme Court nomination, and the thousand Natural complaints
That nominations are heir to? ’Tis a nomination
Devoutly to be wished. To vote to win,
To win, perchance to rule; Aye, there’s the rub…

The Republicans Borked Rice.

@Radish
Borked -To describe someone who is denied something earned simply because they either aren’t politically correct enough or aren’t trusted
- usually without cause.
Rice did the negative things that she was reported to have done,,, The world would have never known how Robert Bork would have ruled on the SCOTUS … he never was approved…

Fascinated. Exactly the same definition as for “swiftboated.”

No not exactly….
In the case Swift boating – commonly refers to a harsh attack by a political opponent that is dishonest, personal and unfair…
what is the phrase for " we can not document the activities behind the three purple hearts , the Bronze Star or the Silver Star… but the media swears that he did not have sex with that woman"….
