I live in such a tiny district that I don’t think I’ve seen more than 5 voters in attendance when I vote. I walk in, state my name, show ID, walk to the machine, vote, and go home. My car had barely had the time to warm up before I was back home yesterday. I used to live in the largest city in the state, and even though there were crowds, we never had long lines. I don’t know what’s different about Virginia, but it seems to work. (We do not have early voting, either.)
