    Uhm, GM wasn’t “bailed out” it was purchased by the governments of Canada & U.S. and not doesn’t even exist as a business entity anymore.

    Ford’s 2nd quarter was a one off due to debt restructuring. They do hope to see steady profits by 2011.

    The much maligned tenure of SecDef Rumsfeld started with the killing of “Crusader” an automatic self propelled 155mm Gun that was designed to kill USSR tanks at the Fulda Gap. Which was by then in a unified Germany. As always the military planners plan for the last war. Problem now is how to plan for non-state war?
