    Because of allergies, I’d do chicken and use brown rice flour, it should work.

    Hm. This recipe must be for those who don’t like fish. I just pat it dry, cook it quick in a lightly oiled pan, and be done with it. Even better is salmon steaks steamed for 15 minutes on a bed of carrots, onion, celery and a bay leaf.

    This was designed for tasteless fish, such as ‘basa’.
