    Right, all that work to spoil it with canned soup. I would just continue with celery and some sort of a homemade base or whatever rather than eating canned stuff which may have BPH from the can lining.

    Finally! A recipe that actually appeals to me! This zuppa looks absolutely DELISH!!!! I always like baked potato soup at other restaurants and this looks even better. For one thing, it has dill and I LOVE dill! But when we sautee stuff here, we don’t use real butter. We’ll either use Smart Balance or just cook it up by greasing the pan with cooking spray.

    And, instead of sour crème, we use plain Greek yogurt. Tastes just like sour crème, but healthier.
