    I admit this is fortified, thanks to the broccoli and mushrooms, but in what way is it easy?

    I just make good quality mac ‘n cheese and add lots of veggies. It’s cheap, filling, and easy.

    He’s also using more pans than needed:
    1 large kettle for macaroni
    1 collendar to drain macaroni
    1 bowl to mix milk and corn starch
    1 large pot for sauce
    1 larger pot to mix macaroni & sauce
    1 pan for noodles & sauce
