Does “Tex-Mex” cheese already have the seasoning in it? Would it be too bland with another cheese blend?

Just made these and had then for dinner, they turned out great! Found I used 19 shells with an average of 1/4 cup of the meat mixture per shell. I also seasoned my ground beef with some salt while I was sauteeing it.
I recommend this recipe!
