    Good thing dried cranberries just came into the supermarkets. I can make this for a Christmas party.

    (What in the name of Momofuku Ando are Yorkies? All I knew was the nickname of the Yorkshire terrier.)

    This actually sounds very good and quite simple. Since the dried cranberries are available all year these would be good any time. I’ll have to try these.

    I’m guessing that “yorkies” is a reference to Yorkshire pudding, which this recipe strongly resembles. Either that or perhaps one used to serve these to accompany small, roasted, yappy dogs.

    One hint, people: don’t use olive oil because its smoke point is only 380. Use canola or peanut oil instead.
