    Sounds edible. But I think the onions should be eaten pickled rather than cooked. I’m not big on sweetness.

    If you don’t want your onions sweet, use yellow onions, not white. Or, if you want them sharp and sweet (and can find them) try Maui onions.

    If you want to skip the prosciutto, use some chopped olives — and possibly a mild goat cheese as well as the mozzarella.

    I have not read this strip before, but this recipe looks good. I like the suggestion of using olives too… love olives. Will look at past recipes, always interested in collecting recipes.
