It doesn’t say how many people this will serve. My guess is a small high school or a circus troop. Looks good, though.

Warning: this may be vegetarian, but it’s not vegan. One of the ingredients of pesto is Parmesan cheese.

You could make your own pesto without the cheese & with extra pine nuts? or just add lots of fresh basil leaves at the end – which I think might be nicer than pesto anyway.
