Another example of forced right wing slavery.
The party of small government sure likes to tell people what to do.
It was discovered that few people on welfare can afford drugs and the program costs more to administer than it saves.

They can start with Trey Radle! I love how SOME people who get money from the state want to test OTHER people who get money from the state, but NEVER themselves! Perfect indication of who REALLY should be tested!

The reason for drug testing welfare recipients was so one of his companies could make a buck off the gubbermint. His stupid program even revealed (before being taken down by a judge) that 2.6% of those on welfare failed the test, meaning that despite what right wingers think everyone on welfare is not a drug addict. The sad part about this whole ordeal is that other states (red ones that is) are going to pee money away from their coffers just to get the same results (and lawsuits).

The drug-test-welfare-recipients ALEC-written law proved to be costly, mean-spirited, hypocritical, and unconstitutional in FL – but it hasn’t stopped conservatives from spreading it to other Republican-run states. Conservatives just can’t help themselves when it comes to finding ways to dehumanize people.
