    starbucks is trying to make both sides of this happy because they dont want to lose money by taking one

    The customer might not be carrying, but he may change his mind when he gets a load of that “double shot” coffee he’s drinking.

    Even in Texas, a business or property owner may prohibit “licensed, concealed-carry” on their premises…(see TPC Section 30.06)…with proper signage displayed: “Pursuant to Section 30.06, Penal Code (trespass by holder of license to carry a concealed handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (concealed handgun law), may not enter this property with a concealed handgun.”
